The short version

30 days. No questions. You keep the files.

If the Year One Workbook isn't for you, email to fill: support email within 30 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and write "refund". That's it.

How it works

1. Email us within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt. Include the email address you bought with, or your order number if you have it.
2. No reason needed. If you'd like to tell us what didn't work, we read it, but you don't have to.
3. We issue the refund through our reseller, to fill: checkout platform (Lemon Squeezy, or the platform chosen), within to fill: number of business days (suggested 3) business days of your email.
4. The money goes back the way it came, to the same card or payment account. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or card provider, usually a few business days.
5. The full amount, including any sales tax or VAT you paid.

After 30 days

We can't offer a no-questions refund after 30 days. But if a file won't open or a formula is broken, write to us at any time: we'll fix it or send a corrected file, and if we can't, we'll refund you.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the law where you live. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which can end once a download starts if you agreed to immediate delivery; this 30-day policy goes further, whether or not you downloaded the files.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please email us first. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback and gets you the full amount.
