Terms of sale

Last updated: to fill: date of publication

1. Who you are dealing with

  • The product (the Year One Workbook) is made and supported by Axenor Consulting (to fill: full registered legal name; registration number to fill: company registration number; to fill: registered office address and country), "we" in these terms. Contact: to fill: support email.
  • The sale is made by our reseller, to fill: reseller and its legal entity (for example Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC)), which acts as merchant of record: it takes your payment, charges and remits any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and processes refunds. Its buyer terms apply to the payment: to fill: link to the reseller's buyer terms.

2. What you are buying

The Year One Workbook: a digital download made of

  • a spreadsheet workbook (.xlsx) with twelve monthly worksheets, tool tabs (a debt payoff calculator, sinking funds and a net worth tracker) and a Start here tab, built to open in Microsoft Excel and to import into Google Sheets; and
  • a printable PDF guide, US letter size.

There is no physical product, no subscription and nothing that renews. The product does not connect to any bank or account and does not collect anything you type into it.

3. Price and payment

  • The price is shown on the product page in US dollars ($19 at the date above). The final price, including any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken once, by the reseller, at checkout.

4. Delivery

The download links arrive by email from the reseller right after payment, and on the checkout's confirmation page. If they do not arrive, write to to fill: support email with the address you bought with, and we will resend them.

5. Your licence

  • You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own money planning, and to print the guide for your own use.
  • You may not resell, share publicly, upload to template or file-sharing sites, or pass off the files, in whole or in part, as your own.
  • A copy for a partner or someone in your household is fine.
  • All rights not given here stay with us.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no reason needed. How it works: the Refund policy. This is in addition to, not instead of, any right you have under the law where you live.

EU and UK consumers: the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, which you can lose once the download starts if you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout. Our 30-day refund applies whether or not you have downloaded the files, so in practice you are covered for longer.

7. General information, not financial advice

The Workbook explains how common money mechanics work and does arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It is general information, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not know your situation. Rules, rates and thresholds change and vary by state and country; the guide says where to check the current figures. Decisions about your money are yours. For advice on your situation, talk to a licensed professional. See the Financial disclaimer.

8. If something is wrong with the files

If a file will not open or a formula does not work, write to to fill: support email and we will fix it or send a corrected version. If we cannot, you get a refund, at any time.

9. Liability

  • We take care that the worksheets calculate correctly, but they work only with the numbers you enter, and we cannot check those.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for the product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of to fill: governing law (for example the Republic of Cyprus; confirm with counsel). If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's list of out-of-court dispute bodies to confirm: the current EU dispute-resolution reference.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought.
